Use Void to cancel a payment that is still eligible (typically unsettled and captured). Use Void Auth (or Delete Auth on some setups) for an authorization that has not been captured.

Before you start

  • You need permission to manage transactions.
  • The payment must still be eligible (for example unsettled and in a voidable status). Settled payments are usually refunded with Return instead — see Refund.
  • If Void is not shown, the payment is not eligible or your role cannot manage transactions.
