The Virtual Terminal lets authorized staff process card-not-present payments directly from the Taliup HQ dashboard — no physical payment terminal required. It is useful for phone orders, back-office charges, and situations where the customer is not present. The Virtual Terminal uses the merchant’s Online Gateway credentials and is tied to the merchant’s MID (configured under Locations). The Online Gateway must be configured before the Virtual Terminal can process payments.
