Dual Pricing shows two prices at checkout: a lower cash price and a higher card price. The difference between the two prices covers the card processing fee, passing that cost to customers who pay by card. The fee structure can be set by the ISO (admin-managed) or delegated to the merchant so they can adjust it themselves under Settings → Payments in Taliup HQ.
Dual Pricing and Surcharge cannot both be enabled on the same merchant. Enabling one disables the other. If the merchant is currently using Surcharge, disable it before enabling Dual Pricing.

Entities → find the Entity → Manage → Settings → Dual Pricing tab.

Configure Dual Pricing

Open the Dual Pricing tab

From the Settings page, click the Dual Pricing tab.

Enable Dual Pricing

Toggle Dual Pricing on.

Select the fee type

Choose Percentage to calculate the card price as a percentage above the cash price, or Amount to apply a fixed dollar amount.

Enter the fee value

Enter the Fee Value — the percentage or flat amount added to the card price.

Allow merchant management (optional)

Toggle Allow Merchant to Manage on if the merchant should be able to adjust their own dual pricing settings under Settings → Payments in Taliup HQ.
