Create and activate PAX terminals in PaxStore, push the correct apps for your device type, and note each TID before moving to Taliup HQ.
Before you can register a PAX terminal in Taliup HQ, the terminal must exist in PaxStore — this is where each device is created, activated, and assigned its TID (terminal ID). The TID is required when adding devices to Taliup HQ.
Install apps on the A3700 in this exact order. BroadPOS Manager must be installed before the acquirer payment app. Install Taliup Companion last. Installing out of order can cause the card prompt to fail.
1
Push BroadPOS Manager
Terminal Management → open the A3700 → Push Task → + PUSH APP → search BroadPOS Manager → OK → Activate.
2
Push the acquirer BroadPOS app
Push Task → + PUSH APP → select the BroadPOS app for your acquirer (for example, BroadPOS-Elavon or BroadPOS-Nuvei) → enter the Parameters from the VAR sheet → OK → Activate.
Confirm the terminal is online in PaxStore, check Push Task status, verify the app is subscribed in the marketplace, then reboot the terminal and retry.
No card prompt after Companion accepts the order (PAX Elys)
BroadPOS is missing or misconfigured on the A3700. Re-push BroadPOS Manager, then the acquirer BroadPOS app with VAR parameters, then Taliup Companion — in that order.
No card prompt on A920 Pro
BroadPOS is missing or misconfigured. Re-push BroadPOS Manager, then the acquirer BroadPOS app with VAR parameters, then Taliup POS — in that order.
Register each terminal as a Device in Taliup HQ using the TIDs from PaxStore. Device registration is required before the first Taliup POS login on the terminal.Add PAX devices in Taliup HQ →
