# Plans & Features

> Manage the merchant's billing plan and control which Taliup HQ features are available to them.

A **Plan** controls which features are available to the merchant — such as reporting, online payments, and Virtual Terminal access — and determines the billing tier. The plan is selected when you create the Entity. Change it here if the merchant upgrades, downgrades, or moves between trial and live billing.

## How to get here

**Entities** → find the Entity → **Manage** → **Settings** → **Plans & Features** tab.

## Change the plan

    From the **Settings** page, click the **Plans & Features** tab.

  <Step title="Select a new plan">
    Under **Change Plan**, select the plan you want to apply to the merchant.

  <Step title="Apply">
    Click **Apply** to save the change. The merchant's available features update immediately.

<Note>
  Changing a plan may enable or disable features the merchant is actively using. Confirm with the merchant before downgrading.

Plans can be limited to **Restaurant**, **Retail / Wholesale**, or **Charity**. The Change Plan list only shows plans that match the entity industry (or plans with no industry restriction).
