# End of Day report

> Generate a merchant End of Day document in Taliup HQ for one or more terminals and employees.

**End of Day** in Taliup HQ is the same merchant daily document you can print from Taliup POS. Use it to review the day in the browser, then generate a PDF.

## How to get here

In the merchant sidebar, open **End of Day**.

You need the **End of Day Report** feature on the plan and the **View Reports** permission.

## Filters

Filters default to every terminal and every employee. Narrow them when you only need part of the store.

| Filter            | What it includes                                                                                             |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Business Date** | The day to document                                                                                          |
| **Location**      | One location, or **All locations**                                                                           |
| **Terminal**      | Open **Filter Terminals** and choose one or more activated devices. **Select All Terminals** is the default. |
| **Employee**      | Open **Filter Employees** and choose one or more staff users. **Select All Employees** is the default.       |

Select at least one terminal and one employee, then tap **Apply Filters** to refresh the on-screen summary.

  Leave **All terminals** and **All employees** selected for a store-wide document.

## Generate a document

    Choose the **Business Date**, then confirm location, terminals, and employees.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Apply filters">
    Tap **Apply Filters** to load the summary for that scope.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Generate">
    Tap **Generate Document**. Taliup HQ saves a PDF you can view, download, or print.
  </Step>

The document lists the selected terminals and employees by name when you did not choose all of them.

## Generated documents

The generated list shows earlier documents for this entity. Use **View**, **Download PDF**, or **Print Report** on a row.

New documents keep the filters you used when you generated them. Older documents without a saved snapshot recalculate when you open them.
